Primary: Year 6 CLASS PRESENTATION OF A FAMOUS AUTHOR'S BIOGRAPHY. Cross Curricular Project Work (Classic children’s Literature of all times)

After the Easter Holidays, the kids in year 6 have presented in class their final works on a famous author's biography that they had prepared in the last two lessons of the second term.

CS Workshop- A radio programme!

The pupils in years 5 and 6 have been working on preparing an interview with a famous person. It's a process that takes several weeks and at the end it is published in the Petit Periodistes Magazine and recorded in video. Here you have the recordings of the second term.

Primary Year 6: Cross Curricular Project Work "Classical Children's Literature of all Times: Treasure Island"

The children of 6th grade have been doing activities in English related to their Cross Curricular Project Work "Classical Children's Literature of all Times". In the English lessons, they have been working on R.L Stevenson's popular work "Treasure Island". 

They have watched several videos and they have also done online tasks reading and listening to an audio book using Internet. 

Moreover, they have learned how to write biographies and they have prepared a famous author's biography in pairs or in small groups. They will present their works in class the last week of this second term.

Primary Year 4: Science works "The life cycle of a plant/tree"

The kids of 4th grade have been working on the topic of PLANTS and as part of this unit, they have learned about the Life cycle of plants/trees.

Primary year 5: Cross Curricular Project Work "Barcelona" Organising information (data) from the Tourism Surveys

The children of 5th grade have been organising the information (data) they got from the Tourism Surveys about Barcelona city. 

Firstly, they organised the information individually and then, they organised all the data results using bar graphs.
