Year 5: Our names with perspective

The students of Primary Year 5 have been drawing their names with perspective using a VANISHING POINT. After they coloured them with different colours and designs.


Year 4: Landscape with perspective and coloured with pointillism

The students of Primary Year 4 have been drawing their own landscape with perspective using the VANISHING POINT. Some of them draw mountains, others beach and other deserts. They could choose their favourite landscape. Next day with vegetal paper they coloured the landscape using the pointillism technique.


Year 5: The Garden, Joan Miró


The students of Primary Year 5 have been painting their own gardens inspired with the Garden of Joan Miró. First, they coloured the background with sponges. While it was getting dry, they prepared pieces of coloured papers. Finally, they pasted all coloured papers designing their gardens with surrealism.

Year 4 Cross-curricular Project work: Ancient Greece

The children had fun with this creative activity on ancient Greece architecture. Using wood blocks, they created and built their own buildings which resemble the ones of ancient Greece.

Year 4 Cross-curricular Project work: Ancient civilizations, Ancient Egypt

The students of primary year 4 are already working on the second term cross-curricular Project work about Ancient Civilizations: ancient Egypt, ancient Greece and ancient Rome. Here are some of the activities and tasks they have done on ancient Egypt in the English lessons.

 


English workshop "Sing and Play". Primary 1st cycle: Action song: "I am a robot"

The children of the English workshop "Sing and play" are working on a play "The day of the robots" which includes games, performances and songs. This action song is one of the activities they are doing.


Year P5: Pete the Cat and his four groovy buttons

Pete the Cat loves his shirt, but its buttons keep popping off and rolling away! In P5 we have been practising subtraction with groovy buttons too!

Year 6. Practising superlative adjectives

The Year 6's have been practising superlative adjectives. 

  • Who is the tallest? 
  • Who is the oldest?
  • Who has the biggest shoe size?

We had a blast!



Year 6: Presenting new vocabulary

The students in Year 6 have been learning new vocabulary. 







They have also been looking at some of the most fascinating Guiness World Records!





Year 3: Vocabulary games

The students in Year 3 have been playing several vocabulary games to practise their speaking skills.

Year 5. Speaking games.

The students in primary year 5 have been playing several games to practise speaking on the topic "SPORTS". In this particular case, the activity was both a game and an information gap activity: "Asking for information at a sports club".



Year 4. Preparing the show "Billy Banjo"

Next Tuesday 5th February, the students in primary year 4 are going to watch the show "Billy Banjo". They have been working on this story through games, songs, role play activities, etc. Here is a video with images of the kids practising some shopping dialogues.

Extraescolars Infantil: Neon Leon Chameleon




We have been telling the sotry of Neon Leon the Chameleon. He doesn't change the color so he doesn't match. We colored with the same fluorescent orange paint.





Year 1: Theatre of Little Red

After working about Little Red Riding hood, the students of year 1 went to the theatre. The actors asked for some volunteers to participate in the stage.
